Our promise to our beloved buyers: To help you find the joy, the spark, the passion in a home that delights you.
I understand the excitement of learning a new town and discovering the best coffee or cocktail in your neighborhood – or finding an affordable home that needs little improvement because you cannot imagine living through remodeling with toddlers. Maybe you have older children and the main concern is school districts, the activities offered or the proximity to work and commute time. I have successfully helped first-time home buyers, families of all ages and empty-nesting clients looking for a great view, new lifestyle and a home that fits their stage of life. Trust me, I have living through it all.
After a decade of living here, I am an expert in the towns of the Boulder Valley, the places we go out to dinner, the best place for a locally-made gift, the little corner coffee shops in each neighborhood and love living here.
I love the Boulder Valley and hope to provide the service I was searching for when we moved our family back here in 2013. My husband had a job transfer to Louisville and although I love Boulder, we knew with my husband’s work travel we needed to live closer to the airport. This had us diving in to the surrounding towns. We chose to live in Erie because it’s a 25 minute commute to both his office and the Denver Airport. The beautiful thing about the Boulder Valley is that every town and neighborhood has a great view, it’s own unique character and that we are one larger community who frequent each other’s great restaurants, little shops, biking/hiking trails and more.
